Company Vision

We have been working on our company mission statement and our values statement.  It is important for each of us to have a common understanding of what we hold dear.  Our very actions, words and activities should be representative of these.

We have come to a conclusion regarding our values.  I am so very happy to report that it appears that everyone has something good to say about the way we are working.  The purpose of creating the values statement is to focus on the most important ones.  The ones that were chosen have a subset of values that relate or are supportive of others.  Here is the "preliminary" values statement that we currently are working with the express the values you choose.

Silicon Forest Electronics Values Statement:

Silicon Forest Electronics is a solutions oriented company that values individual relationships and conducts all matters with integrity.  Silicon Forest Electronics promotes employee and company learning with a focus on communication.

It may yet change a bit.  If you have any editorial comment, please make some notes and see me.  The same holds true for the mission statement.  Your comments are appreciated.

Silicon Forest Electronics Mission Statement:

Exert our irrefutable values to promote an environment that allows the company to capitalize on our high mix - low volume niche while emphasizing the interests of our employees.
